Communication Policy
Patients are generally advised to directly contact the clinic by phone at (02) 4823 0200 or visit the front desk in person. While we take every precaution to ensure the security of your information, it is important to be mindful of potential risks involved in certain forms of electronic communication. We may not always be able to guarantee complete privacy and confidentiality.
If you do choose to contact the clinic via email, we use an automated reply system to confirm receipt of your email and to assure you that a staff member will be in touch shortly. Please note that our email is monitored only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. For time-sensitive inquiries, we recommend contacting us by phone at (02) 4823 0200. In the event of what you perceive to be a medical emergency, we advise you to immediately present yourself to your local emergency department or dial 000. You can contact Goulburn Base Hospital on (02) 4825 4000 or present to their emergency department at 130 Goldsmith Street.
If you wish to speak with your doctor without an appointment, we encourage you to contact our reception. In some cases, our registered practice nurses may be able to assist you initially. Due to their limited availability during consultations, our doctors are generally unavailable to take unscheduled phone calls. In such instances, patients are informed that they can leave a message, and our doctors will return their call within 48 hours. If you believe your matter is urgent or serious, please inform our receptionists immediately.
